Roast the way Mom makes it

My wonderful in-laws came over and we had a lovely roast dinner the way my Mom would always do it (thanks Mom for teaching me well). I served Yorkshire Pudding as a side and if you have not had the pleasure of tasting this, you are missing out! It has Paula Deen written all over it... worth every calorie :) For dessert I had come across a recipe on a food blog that incorporated my two favorite things: Peanut Butter and Chocolate. The end result was the perfect balance between sweet, salty, ooey-goodey, crunchy, and savory. Yum!



Peanut Butter Cookie Crunch Bars... DIVINE!
