Can't get enough of these sweet faces!

Thursday is our other preschool day, so it means getting up early & out the door {5 minutes before 9}. You'd think it would have been easy to get out the door since it was Pajama Day.... but NO. Reagan got a BIG blue marker spot on her jammies at church last night so we had to put new ones on in the morning. She looked absolutely adorable going to school in her PJ's.

 While Reagao was at preschool I decided to try out some more Pinterest recipes. My sweet in-laws were coming over for dinner & they are so great at being my guinea pigs. I made Better Than Twix Bars & Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Avalanche Bars. And let me tell you, BOTH were superb! We had stir fry for dinner. Keeping it healthy so we could pig out on dessert :)

Friday

Friday morning we met my girlfriend Emily & her daughter Hannah at 10am at the mall.

I finally broke down & picked up a Proactiv kit. I am sick & tired of my 15 year teenage skin. I used it while in high school, but never actually followed the process completely. This time I've vowed to use it EXACTLY as directed. I took before photos & will be taking some more one week into the process. Crossing my fingers that this does the trick.... Just look at the infomercials, haha!

Friday night I got to go out for GIRLS NIGHT at The Melting Pot to celebrate Mary getting her nursing degree, passing her boards, & her birthday {YOU GO GIRL!!}. This was my first experience there & it was fun & tasty. I had a great time with the ladies.

Long lost friends.

We are SO happy to have our friends back home. Emily & her cutie Hannah took a trip to Seattle & we missed them dearly. So yesterday a play date was a MUST.

This is the girls being "good" while the momma's shopped around {one of my absolute favorite stores} Anthropologie. I scored 2 totally gorgeous tops. One for Reago's party & the other for Jax's.

We treated the girls to Big Spoon Yogurt. Their crazy creation consisted of cheesecake bites, blueberries, reeses cups, sprinkles, m&m's, & chocolate hard hat all over Vanilla frozen yogurt.

These two are so adorably PRECIOUS!

And, to beat this wretched heat the girls pranced around {along with Jax. BUT no prancing for him}the ground water fountain.

4th of July Weekend.

Movie & Lunch Date with Dear Friends.

Today we met up with Emily & her sweet little girl Hannah. As soon as Reagan saw Hannah she was screaming with excitement to get out of the car. These two can't get enough of one anothers company & for that matter Emily & I keep finding more reasons why we should be the best of friends. :)

We started the day out at the movie theater down the street. They were offering $1 movies & today they were showing DESPICABLE ME. I had low expectations for this movie, but I can honestly say it was quite entertaining & I wasn't bored out of my mind. A very cute movie. One that we may rent in the future.

I popped some popcorn at home & brought it for both girls along with some healthy tasty snacks (which is another post....wanting to make homemade granola bars). Jax was a good lil guy & slept for about 40 mins. We didn't have to get up once!

I was dying to go out to lunch so we both agreed to head over to Olive Garden, DELISH!!!

Then off to Michaels to get some party supplies for Reagan's September (yes, I said September) birthday. I'm a planner. Like early planner. I don't let these things sneak up on me. AND, I have two parties in a row, so I have to be on top of things.

LOVE THESE GIRLS!! Tomorrow we are getting our buns up early & walking together. Can't wait!! :)
