Oh What FUN!

Every year a week or two before Christmas, we head up the hill to Uncle Jeff & Aunt Sandy's. There is always goodies to munch on & lots of laughter. On the way there, Braden & I checked the weather & to our surprise it was snowing. We both were excited for the kids. Jax has never seen snow & he had a ball running around on the deck in it.

These too cracked me up. They were just too darn cute. Reagan & cousin Griff were ballroom dancing around the living room for 15 minutes straight. The two of them were pros. You'd think they'd taken a lesson or two. Griff threw in some effortless twirls & even a couple of dips.
Jax was dying to go play out in the snow...

And, he did while enjoying every minute of his first snow experience.

Reagan was telling everyone to "shhhh!" as the cousins prepared to sing some Christmas carols.

Earlier in the day, Reagan & I got busy trying our hand at Melted Snowman Cookies thanks to an idea off of Pinterest. I think they turned out pretty cute!

Like I've said, there has been lots of holiday celebrating going on around here. I can't help but smile especially when Jax & I got to watch Reago sing with her class at the senior community down the street.

Braden & I surprised the kids the other night by taking them to go look at Christmas lights. During bathtime, Santa dropped a special pair of jammies for each of them. Ever since, Reagan has begged to wear these jammies. She just loves them! Reagan also insisted that we walk to see the lights, not drive.

The kids made their annual traditional reindeer food project. Reagan enjoyed gluing by herself & Jax thought it was fun to stir the oats & glitter together.

More fun festivities to come & a post with our Christmas card & photo session.

Happy Holidays!
